About This Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the md333 platform and its users. By registering on md333 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform and you will be asked to give your consent again.
Important: If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using md333.
Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use the services on md333, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online gaming.
- All personal information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- You may only operate one account — multiple accounts under the same person's name are not allowed.
- Do not access the platform using any automated software or bots.
Account Rules and Regulations
Registration and Verification
To open an account on md333, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and password. Platform management may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
Multiple accounts operated by the same person are not allowed. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and accumulated balances may be forfeited.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. Accounts operated by a third party will be closed.
Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
md333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraud or fraudulent activity
- Providing false information
- Bonus abuse
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
- Operating multiple accounts
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods currently accepted on md333 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. No other payment methods are currently supported.
You must use a mobile wallet registered in your own name to make payments. Transactions from third-party wallets are not allowed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Processing may be delayed if an identity verification is in progress.
- Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source.
- Large withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
- md333 may request additional information for suspicious transactions.
Fraudulent Transactions
If a chargeback, false claim, or fraudulent payment attempt is made, the associated account will be closed immediately and the balance will be seized. md333 reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members of md333 will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- ৳12,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳20,000
The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
Bonus Terms of Use
The following general rules apply to receiving and using bonus offers:
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
- In cases of bonus abuse (e.g., attempting to meet requirements through low-risk bets), the bonus will be cancelled.
- md333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
- The wagering period for a bonus starts from the date the bonus is credited.
VIP Program
md333's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.
VIP benefits apply to active members only. VIP tier status may change after a long period of inactivity.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Acceptable Use Policy
By using the md333 platform, you confirm that you will refrain from the following activities:
- Using any kind of bot, automated software, or script
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
- Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by cooperating with other players
- Attempting any form of cyberattack or disruption against the platform
Intellectual Property
All content on the md333 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs — is protected by copyright law. Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without written permission is prohibited.

These Terms together with md333's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy constitute the entire agreement between the user and md333. Any prior oral or written understandings are superseded by this agreement.
